Dipropylene glycol butyl ether is a kind of organic matter, chemical formula C10H22O3, colorless liquid, soluble in water, mainly used as a solvent for printing ink, lacquer, but also used as a solvent for cutting oil, working oil washing.

Coating: It can be used as a coagulant of acrylic resin, styrene acrylic resin, vinyl polyacetate, giving the paint film excellent properties. It is one of the most effective film forming additives for many water-based coatings.
Cleaning agents: Suitable for cleaning agents, especially in systems requiring very low volatilization rates, such as wax removers and floor cleaners. It is a good coupling agent for grease and grease, and can be used as paint remover and animal fat remover.
